So many ways to Support SPLT!

Prairie wildlife is stuck between a rock and a hard place. With the crush of sprawl in urban areas and the dominance of agriculture in rural ones, many native creatures have few places to turn. Our solution: buy the land, protect the habitat for native flora and fauna, and let the prairie heal.

Help Expand Heartland Ranch

Help grow Heartland Ranch Nature Preserve and provide total refuge for animals, from bison to butterflies. We have the opportunity to add another 18,000 acres of native grassland, bringing our network to almost 70,000 acres and expanding Heartland Ranch Nature Preserve to almost 61,000 acres total.

Donate Stocks

You can donate shares of stocks to Southern Plains Land Trust. When gifts of securities are received, our policy is to sell the shares immediately. You will receive an acknowledgement letter for tax purposes based on the value of the sale. We can answer any questions you may have about the donation process.

The King Soopers Community Rewards program makes fundraising easy by donating to local organizations based on the shopping you do every day. Just link your Card to an organization (SPLT)! Then shop at King Soopers and swipe your Card. SPTL will then receive a donation at no added cost to you.
