Saturday, June 26th, 2021 @ 6-7pm MST

Join us as we lift our glasses to honor and celebrate the prairie.

Enjoy the studio of local mixed media artist Dolan Geiman as he gives you a behind-the-scenes tour and introduces you to his artistic style and techniques.

Tour the nature preserves of the Southern Plains Land Trust from the comfort of your couch while enjoying music from the Tivoli Club Brass Band.

Visit the bison herds on Heartland Ranch Nature Preserve.

Enjoy wines from Carlson Vineyards and delicious morsels from The Easy Vegan.

Carlson Vineyard wines selected for this event are:

    • Calico – an enticing blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chambourcin, Merlot, and Syrah, producing a dry red that’s medium in body, with notes of ripe red berries, baking spices, and a smooth vanilla finish.
    • White Light – produced in partnership with Bin 707 Foodbar under the High Desert Wine Lab label, and is the house red wine for Bin707, Bin Burger, and Taco Party.
    • Apricot – notes of tart candied apricot, amber honey, tree-ripened stone fruit, and orange blossom. At Carlson, their fruit wines are pitted and pressed on our crush pad from 100% whole stone fruit grown in Colorado.

Gourmet Vegan Charcuterie Board from The Easy Vegan

Owners Alexi Mandolini and Taylor Herbert have a combined 28 years in the service industry and, after losing work due to the pandemic, they started The Easy Vegan as a restaurant pop-up in the University neighborhood of Denver. They believe vegan eating is not a limitation but an opportunity to reimagine vegetables and their endless abilities in the kitchen and their worthiness on a plate. They create a thoughtful, flavorful dining experience unlike anything else in Denver.

Delivery of a gourmet vegan charcuterie board is available as an “add-on” to your Toast to the Prairie ticket for folks living the Denver-metro area (including Denver, Boulder, Longmont, and Ft. Collins) or in the Lamar / Bent County area.
